The hotel is ideally located near parks and a swimming lake, offering a serene atmosphere. My room was spacious, featuring a balcony with a picturesque view of the park, and the self-service breakfast was exceptionally good. The hotel staff were very accommodating, promptly returning items I left behind and offering a flexible check-out policy.

No hot water in one room and limited reception on Ruhetag. An overall lack of decorative attention made the ambiance feel a bit bland.

The stay was great for exploring the local attractions, with one of the highlights being the nearby swimming lake just a short walk away. The hotel was very clean and had a generous breakfast that made our mornings enjoyable. We especially appreciated the kindness of the proprietor who gave us a ride to the station when our taxi didn’t show up. However, we were let down by the initial lack of reception staff when we arrived, which could be improved.

We visited the enchanting Neuschwanstein castle during our stay and enjoyed the park-like surroundings as we walked to downtown Fussen. The hotel had a lovely spacious room with a charming balcony view, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure with my aunt and kids.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if alternative milk options were available at breakfast.

We really appreciated the personalized touch, greeting us with champagne and fresh flowers upon arrival, setting an ideal romantic tone. Also, Dmitry’s outstanding hospitality, like advising us on the best places to eat, made our stay even more enjoyable.
